  Hall of Fame Master Judge Master Breeder  

 

National Classic Old Frill Hall of Fame Program

 

Purpose:    This award is presented in order to recognize the superior show caliber Classic Old  Frill (COF). The member seeking to certify a  superior COF by the National Classic Old Frill Club (NCOF) must meet certain specific qualifications. It is the intent of this club to grant this high honor to exceptional Classic Old Frills.

1.         The applicant must be a member in good standing in the NCOF for a period of not less than 5 years prior to application.

2.         The honor for the Hall of Fame is open to all Classic Old Frills bred and shown by members who accumulate 500 points in NCOF

             approved meets.

3.         Hall of Fame Points will be awarded only to Classic Old Frills bred and shown by the Hall of Fame applicant.

 »     The NCOF Point Coordinator will be responsible for tracking qualified points.

 »     Show reports will be required to verify number of entries, show date, show location, placement of bird

        and judge presiding.

 »     Only birds with proper size bands (9) will be eligible to receive Hall of Fame points.

 »     No splint band birds will be eligible for Hall of Fame points.

 »     Only NCOF approved meets will be eligible for Hall of Fame points.

 »     Eligible meets must have 3 exhibitors to qualify for Hall of Fame points.

 »     Hall of Fame candidate must place under 5 different judges.

 »     Hall of Fame candidate must accumulate 500 points in its show life.

4.        Points for the Hall of Fame candidates must place in the top 4 positions.  Point System as follows:

Champion will receive ………………1 point for each bird beat in show

1st Reserve will receive……………...1 point for each bird beat in show

2nd Reserve will receive…………......1 point for each bird beat in show

3rd Reserve will receive……………...1 point for each bird beat in show

5.       Accumulation of points will begin with the 2003 NYBS which was the first official NCOF meet.

6.       Upon completion of the accumulated points, the Points Coordinator shall submit copies of all records to the Club Secretary. The Secretary will forward all information to the President, Eastern Vice President and Western Vice President. All four officers will verify the report. If requirements are met Hall of Fame certification will be awarded.

National Classic Old Frill Master Judge Program

 

Purpose:    This award is presented in order to recognize individuals for their dedication and expertise in judging top quality Classic Old Frills (COF) at approved meets and  National level shows. The member seeking certification as a Master Judge of the COF by the National Classic Old Frill Club (NCOF) must meet certain specific qualifications. It is the intent of this club to grant this high honor to exceptional  judges of Classic Old Frills.

1.         The applicant must be a current member in good standing in the NCOF for a period of not less than 5 years prior to application.

2.         The honor for the Master Judge is open to all senior members who accumulate 1,500 judging points in NCOF approved meets.

 »     One point will be awarded for each bird judged.

 »    The NCOF Points Coordinator will be responsible for tracking qualified points.

 »     Show reports will be required to verify number of entries, show date, show location, and judge presiding.

 »     Only NCOF approved meets will be eligible for Master Judge Points.

 »     Eligible meets must have 3 exhibitors to qualify for Master Judge Points.

 »     The minimum number of shows judged will be 10 with at least 1 judging at the National Young Bird Show (NYBS)        and 1 judging at the NPA National Show.

3.       Accumulation of points will begin with the 2003 NYBS which was the first official NCOF meet.

4.       Upon completion of the accumulated points, the Points Coordinator shall submit copies of all records to the Club Secretary. The Secretary will forward all information to the  President, Eastern Vice President and Western Vice President. All four officers will  verify the report. If requirements are met Master Judge Certification will be awarded.

National Classic Old Frill Master Breeder Program

 

Purpose:    The member seeking to be certified by the National Classic Old Frill Club (NCOF) as a “Master Breeder” of the Classic Old Frill pigeon must meet certain specific qualifications. It is the intent of this club to grant this high honor to individuals who are exceptional breeders of the Classic Old Frill.

 

1.         The applicant must be a member in good standing of the NCOF for a period of not less than 5 years prior to application and have

             shown Classic Old Frills for at least 5 years.

 

2.         The title “Master Breeder” is open to all senior members who accumulate 1,000 points in  NCOF approved meets.

 

   »     Accumulated points must include 5 Champions or Reserve Champions in NCOF approved meets with 3 of these wins at the

          National level. National level shows include the NPA National show and the National Young Bird Show (NYBS).

 

3.        Master Breeder (MB) Points will be awarded only to Classic Old Frills bred and shown by the Master Breeder applicant.

 »     The NCOF Points Coordinator will be responsible for tracking qualified points

 »     Show reports will be required to verify number of birds in each class and total birds shown.

 »      Only birds with proper size bands (9) will be eligible to receive MB points.

 »      No splint band birds will be eligible for MB points.

 »      Only NCOF approved meets will be eligible for MB points.

 »      Eligible meets must have 3 exhibitors to qualify for MB points.

 »       Absentee birds will not count towards MB Points.

4.        Point System as follows:

 »     Champion will receive ………………1 point for each bird beat in show

 »     1st Reserve will receive……………...1 point for each bird beat in show

 »     2nd Reserve will receive……………..1 point for each bird beat in show

 »     3rd Reserve will receive……………...1 point for each bird beat in show

 »     Best color  will receive ……………....1 point for each bird beat in class (max 10 pt)

Each bird can only receive one set of points per show

 

              »     Example: If a bird wins Best of Color and continues on to win Champion, only the Champion Points will be awarded.

 

5.       Accumulation of points will begin with the 2003 NYBS which was the first official NCOF meet.
