Show Agreement

                    

HOST CLUB OR MEMBER AGREES:

   1.  To furnish a qualified judge, one that knows about Classic Old Frills.

2.  To pay a rebate to the COF for every entered bird, (normally one   half of the entry fee).

3.  To submit a typed report to the COF Secretary.

4.  At least 3 exhibitors must show for the Master Programs to qualify as an approved meet.  This may change to include number of birds in the future.

5.  To furnish necessary space in the show room.

6.  To furnish necessary cooping, equipment and judging coop.

7.  To receive, record and classify entries.

8.  To receive, care for and ship out entries.

9.  To furnish entry blanks and show rules in quantity to allow the COF to distribute in the  newsletter.

10. To award a trophy to the Champion or as the COF requests.

11. To assist every exhibitor and visitor as needed.

12. To promote the meet through publicity.

13. To submit name of judge, entry fee per bird, etc. 60 days in advance.

 The National Classic Old Frill Club Agrees:

   1. To accept a per bird rebate on all Classic Old Frills entered.

2. To award at least four trophies on approved district meets.

3. To distribute entry blanks and show rules to COF members if the host club or members in charge provides them.

4. To promote the Classic Old Frills, Meet and coordinate said meet.

5. To award Master Points where paints are warranted.
