There is always something
special going on from some of the clubs that any pigeon flyer from
anywhere can participate.
2007
Valley Club has the N.E. Wisconsin Auction race Any Flyer can put
in their birds at no cost, unlimited number of birds. The birds
will be auctioned off to attending pigeon flyers. They will train
and race the birds in club races until the race. They have 50/50
split breeder / handler. Auction Dates on April 7th
for the first auction and May 6th for the second
auction. The Race is on Sept.29
The Fond Du Lac club has their auction the same way. They have the
first auction on April 14th and the second auction
around the 20th of May Also a 50/50 split. Race is
flown on sept.15th
The Green Bay club has their auction on April 22nd it
is the only one, With a 5 bird limit from each breeder. It limits
the number of birds in the race but with fewer birds the bidding
is a little higher. Race is on Sept.15th. First place
is $500.00. If any one interested contact me at

Green Bay also has a great LATE HATCH AUCTION in July with Truly
some of the best late hatches from all over the country. In 2007
(Thanks mostly to Larry Huettl) I think we have some great birds
coming in. I will have a list when it is available. I know one
will be from my Janssen pair that bred the 1st place winner of the
Midwest convention race 2006. So if you plan on a visit to Green
Bay in July you might want to check out the Late Hatch Auction I
promise that you will not be disappointed.
Thanks For Checking in John (Lindy) |
