There are several problems that some breeders talk about as if they are normal occurrences that just happen from time to time and should be expected. Problems in a loft are not normal and they should be fixed. They are things like infertile eggs, young dying in the egg, and babies dying. They also have periodic disease outbreaks or pigeons frequently getting sick. In a well managed loft that is not overcrowded these problems seldom occur.
