Purpose:
This program is established to recognize those outstanding Chinese Owls that prove their excellence in open competition.
Qualifications:
To achieve the honor of NCOC Hall of Fame Chinese Owl the bird must fulfill the following two conditions:
1. Collect 1500 points in NCOC competition.
A. Point Allotment.
a. Points will be awarded for qualified/certified NCOC Meets.
b. Points will be awarded to the top 5 birds (Champion through 4th Reserve Champion).
c. One point will be allotted for each Chinese Owl that said bird beats (eg. In a 200 bird NCOC meet, the Champion Chinese Owl would be awarded 199 points, the Reserve Champion 198 points, and so on).
d. Points will be allotted only to birds that earn points after 2002. Birds that earn points after 2002 can claim points from shows before 2002.
2. The bird must have placed Champion through 4th Reserve Champion in NCOC meets judged by 5 different NCOC certified judges.
