Winged Angels is now offering educational workshops on the oldest domesticated bird (Rock Dove) and the multiple domesticated varieties developed from this single specie of bird.

 This special service is being offered on your location and includes our live birds which will both fascinate and amuse you. We also have rare performing birds that will amaze you by doing something that most people have never seen a bird do.

 Educational content is presented in a 40 min power point presentation designed for classrooms with overhead projection capabilities. Topics include history, service to mankind, hobby of keeping, breeding & exhibiting domesticated pigeons & doves, unusual bird behavior, usage during World Wars I & II as well as in modern times, development of breeds and scientific theories on homing instinct.

 The last 15 minutes of the hour long program is spent answering the many questions that are generated by our special presentation as well as giving time for a closer examination of our unique birds.
